Although I had written up most of today's [Preserving Monday] - when I couldn't catch our internet to fill in the links from this past week I found myself filled with other delights for the day which included, but was not limited to, the pictures seen above, finding myself some ramps(success!), volunteering at Carpenter's Corner (which happens to be our NPO of the week), forging dandelion leaves & roots for some dandelion vinegar, playing & dining with our Little Tomato & Jake as well as watching the thunderstorm storm roll in just a hour ago which left us with dark skies and wonder...

I'll look forward to [Preserving Monday] on Tuesday.  Until then - enjoy preserving the beauty of today and we'll hopefully see you with sunnier skies.
